OUR POLICY

At Davymat, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience pleasant. If you wish to return a product or request a refund, we want to ensure a smooth process for you. While we strive to minimize defective products, there might be rare instances where an exchange is necessary. Here is a detailed outline of our return/refund policy and how to proceed with exchanging a defective item: 

RETURNS

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, in many situations, we are happy to provide a pre-paid return label to facilitate the return process. In such cases, the associated return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount when the product(s) arrive and the refund is processed. You can return products under the following conditions:

    • The product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
    • The product(s) should be in new condition, unused.
    • The product(s) must be in their original packaging. If the packaging is opened or removed, a full refund cannot be provided.

 

EXCHANGES / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you suspect that you have received a defective product, please email hello@davymat.com for assistance. For customers who have received a defective item and wish to exchange it or request a refund, we are pleased to offer pre-paid return labels. Please note that products can only be exchanged for similar items of equal or lesser value. If an exchange results in a partial refund, it will be issued during the physical exchange process.
